Do you want to be healthy and happy? If so, we want to help!

Our goal at Brickyard is to provide our members with a fun path to achieving their health and fitness

goals. Getting fit and healthy shouldn’t be boring or monotonous. It should be fun, varied and done

with friends! Our team of professional coaches are experts at combining the best results-based

training and nutrition principles with a heavy dose of encouragement, accountability, creativity and

laughter. The result is a supportive community of individuals who encourage and celebrate each

other’s success.

 

The goals of our members are as diverse as the Rockland County population. To serve these varied

needs, we offer goal-based programs and coaching options. Whether you want to lose a little belly

fat and “firm up” some squishy parts, get moving again after being sedentary for too long, or you

want to find your peak athleticism so that you can dominate the weekends in your hobbies of

choice, we have a program for you. Our coaches are trained to listen and determine the best way to

help our members achieve their goals.

 

You don’t have to be in shape to start! Just because you see some very fit members coming through

our doors doesn’t mean they all started that way. We love introducing people who haven’t exercised

in years to what we offer. We teach proper form and will modify anything you need help with. Our

goal is to help you remain injury free so you can continue pursuing your health and fitness goals.

Long-term results help you live a healthy lifestyle while having more energy and overall able to do

more and enjoy your new life full of new adventures.
